About Us
Each of our chalets has been purpose built for the security and comfort of your cat. They consist of a six-foot run with separate sleeping quarters above the ground, insulated and lined with easy clean hygienic surfaces and individually heated.
Under our license we are only allowed to accept cats that have been spayed/neutered and have up to date vaccination documents, which have to remain on the premises during their stay. Please remember to bring your certificate with you, as admission WILL be refused without it, all pets MUST have been vaccinated with up to date boosters. All cats are inspected on arrival and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cats showing ill health.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your cats good health, it should be noted that all cats are boarded at the owner’s risk. Should any cat become ill we reserve the right to consult our ‘on call’ veterinary surgeon. All fees are payable upon collection.
Records
We keep daily records charting each cat’s litter tray activity, feeding record and general wellbeing. This is to ensure that we are aware of any problems and we can react to situations quickly and accordingly.
You are welcome to see a copy of our record when you collect your cat although these will be destroyed after their stay.We are also happy to keep you updated by e-mail or you are welcome to call us anytime during your holiday.
